Slow Mac Leopard

I finally got Linux installed on the laptop (Debian 4.0 - review coming soon). I’ve also been checking Probstisms frequently for an update on “Leopard” but he hasn’t posted a thing???
I surfed the web briefly and came up with nothing but negative comments. Looks like those cool looking paperweights also have security issues: check out More Holes than Spots at Eweek.
