Macintosh – Not just for Teenage Girls Anymore

Posted on October 27, 2007 by scott

Mac and CheeseWhen I think of “Mac” the first thing that comes to mind is “Cheese.” In fact, I’ve got a box of Annie’s Shells and White Cheddar queued up for lunch today.

I read Probstisms, so I’m aware of the Leopard release and all the associated fanfare. As a Windows guy, I purchased two copies of Vista for several hundred dollars when it first came out? – installed and uninstalled soon after. Vista sucks. But that is not new information.

The prospect of a new OS is exciting. However, I love to MacBash and I’m not ready to jump on the Apple bandwagon yet. I don’t know what I would do if my computer actually worked? I kinda like spontaneous reboots, blue screens, and an occassional freeze.

I will say that my graphics guy uses a Mac and creates some unbelievably good stuff – coming soon. My uncle was also a Mac devotee. And, of course, thousands of teenage girls can’t be wrong – so I’m watching this release optimistically and will keep reading Probstisms to hear about the cool features.

Wise Man Say, “If Britney Spears AND Paris Hilton use Macs, the must be good.”

Now for that lunch.
